The following videos include drills that stress catching fundamentals.  The first drill, “The Toss Drill”, emphasizes proprioceptor stimulation and hand eye coordination using both a weighted ball and then a football.  An emphasis on “moving the body to the ball” and “proper hand positioning” is stressed in this drill.

This second drill, “Jump, Snatch, and Tuck”, describes the fundamentals associated with a catch and tuck of a ball thrown high above the head.  An emphasis on tucking the ball while still in the air is stressed in this drill.
